I am the Co-Founder and Community Outreach VP at Hand Over Hand, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering spaces where people with disabilities will feel safe, accepted and supported through peer networks. I am also a Family Support Specialist at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. I have worked as a community collaborator for the Voices of Youths project and am now excited to be part of Pathways to Belonging!
